These Terms of Service (Terms) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Archies Footwear digital gift cards (Gift Cards) issued for use in the EU. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use a Gift Card.
1. Definition of Gift Card
Gift Card: A digital gift card is a prepaid, stored-value card redeemable only through the Archies Footwear EU website.
Non-transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required under EU or local member state law.
2. Validity Period
Gift Card Expiry: Gift Cards are valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited. .
3. Fees
No Fees: Archies Footwear does not charge activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees on Gift Cards, as required under EU consumer law.
4. Redemption
Online Use: Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the Archies Footwear EU website by entering the 14-digit code at checkout.
Multiple Transactions: Gift Cards may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
Purchases Exceeding Balance: If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Restrictions on Purchase:
– Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
– Archies Footwear may refuse, cancel, or hold any transaction if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

5. Refunds and Faulty Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by EU or member state law.
Faulty Gift Cards: If a Gift Card is faulty or does not function as intended, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns to Gift Cards
For returns due to change of mind, any refund will be issued as store credit to the original Gift Card. This does not extend the original validity period of the card.
For refunds required under applicable consumer protection law (for example, for faulty goods), we will provide a remedy that is appropriate and compliant with such law.
Where a refund is issued to a replacement Gift Card, it will be subject to a new validity period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase a Gift Card online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Gift Card without giving any reason, provided the Gift Card has not been used, either in whole or in part.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us using the details in the "Contact Us" clause. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Archies Footwear is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of a Gift Card after delivery (including via email or digital wallet), except where required under EU consumer law.
Lost or Stolen Cards: If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact customer.service@archiesfootwear.eu with proof of purchase. Replacement may be possible at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
Incorrect Information: Archies Footwear is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details supplied at purchase, such as incorrect email addresses or delivery information.
Technical Issues: Archies Footwear is not liable for delays or failures caused by technical issues, including email delivery delays or website outages.
Gift Card Value: Archies Footwear is not liable for discrepancies in Gift Card balance unless caused by our error.
Force Majeure: Archies Footwear is not liable for failure to fulfil these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.
8. Payment Methods for Gift Cards
Excluded Payment Methods: Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4. Transactions attempted with these methods may be cancelled.
9. Privacy and Data Security
Archies Footwear processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This includes the lawful collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information provided during the purchase or redemption of a Gift Card.
All data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer residing in a member state of the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of, and the right to bring enforcement proceedings in, the laws of your country of residence.
Archies Footwear may amend these Terms when required by EU legislation. Updated Terms will be available on our website, and continued use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.

During the Black Friday promotion, we are committed to providing a seamless return experience. Our standard Return Policy remains in effect, with the following additional considerations which apply to all purchases made during the Black Friday Promotion Period.
Refunds and Discount Recalculation
If one or more items from a discounted order are returned, the promotional discount will be proportionally recalculated and deducted from any refunded amount.
Refunds apply to product value only and exclude original shipping fees.
If a return causes your order to fall below a discount tier (e.g., from 4 items to 2), your refund will reflect the lower eligible discount. For example, if you return one pair in a four-pair order that received a discount of $40, we’ll apportion $10 of the discount to each pair in the order, and your refund for the pair you return will be reduced by $10.
We will not apportion discounts or modify our standard return shipping policies for refunds governed by your rights under the European Union Consumer Law.
2. Returns During Peak Periods
Due to high seasonal volumes, please allow up to 15 business days for return or exchange processing for purchases made during the Black Friday period. Refunds provided under the European Union Consumer Law will be provided within mandated time periods.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders placed during the Promotion Period cannot be modified once confirmed, unless you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations before dispatch are subject to approval and operational constraints. We cannot guarantee reapplication of the promotional discount for a subsequent order.
Right to Amend or Withdraw Offer
